Pues sustituyendo los pilares de planta baja por gatos hidr\u00e1ulicos. Primero corta los pilares y luego los intercambia por gatos, haciendo bajar el edificio poco a poco , planta por planta.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la empresa, crea mucho menos ruido y polvo, reducciones del 20 % en tiempo, m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil reciclar y desmantelar.
